The Zebra ZT230 is an inexpensive industrial label printer for warehouse and other medium and high volume applications such as transport and logistics. The Zebra ZT230 label printer is the successor to the legendary Zebra Stripe and S4M label printers and is characterized by ease and simplicity by many users.
The ZT230 Thermal Transfer or ZT230 TT printers can print plain paper labels with ribbon in addition to thermal labels. Thermal labels are ideal for address and shipping labels, while plain paper labels printed with ribbon have a greater contrast, which improves the readability of barcodes and lasts longer. Plain paper labels printed with ribbon are much less sensitive to UV light so that they will not discolour or fade as quickly as thermal labels.
