The Datalogic Skorpio X5 is an ultra rugged mobile computer that is suitable for the toughest applications and most challenging environments such as industry, logistics, distribution centers, warehouse and shops. Nevertheless, the Skorpio X5 is a lightweight all-rounder and has an extensive choice of scan engines for 1D & 2D barcodes, from Standard Range to Extra Long Range. The clear touchscreen display of no less than 10.9 cm (4.3 inch) makes it perfectly possible to use the Skorpio X5 also outdoors.
The 2D Auto-Range Hyper Performance Imager reads all common 1D and 2D barcodes from close distance to 20 meters away. The Auto-Range barcode scanner has a huge scan range, making barcodes on pallets in the top shelf of the pallet rack easy to scan. This Extra Long Range barcode scanner is equipped with a 1-dot Aimer with which you can easily aim at the correct barcode.
The Datalogic Skorpio X5 WLC features contactless charging. The advantage of contactless charging is that charging contacts cannot wear out and make bad contact, so that the device is always optimally charged.
