Zebra OneCare On-Site Service for printers is the extension of the standard factory warranty with on-site service and repairs. The standard coverage of the OneCare service covers the costs of repairing defects to the printer including parts and labor.
The standard response time for the service is the next business day. In addition, it is also possible to get the service on the same working day.
Optionally, comprehensive coverage is possible including printer cleaning, printer adjustment and technical support. The comprehensive coverage or service also includes repair of faults, caused by normal wear and tear on, for example, the print head or platen rollers. Even accidental damage, damage resulting from sudden, unforeseeable and unintentional events are covered by comprehensive coverage.
Note: This service option can only be used when it is purchased together with a new printer, or within 30 days after purchase of the new printer!
