The Datalogic PowerScan PD9531 2D is the latest generation of robust 2D Area Imagers, the perfect answer for warehouses, logistics centers and industries that depend on speed and reliability in the management of goods. The PowerScan PD9531 2D also reads barcodes from computer screens, tablets and smartphones and is particularly user-friendly due to the ergonomic shape of the handle and the intuitive targeting system.
In addition to an acoustic signal, the Datalogic PowerScan PD9531 2D provides multiple visual signals when reading bar codes correctly. The PowerScan PD9531 2D projects a 'Green spot' on the just read barcode when it is properly decoded.
The Datalogic PowerScan PD9531 2D Auto Range models have an advanced optics with which the scanning range is much larger compred to barcode scanners with standard optics. This allows barcodes to be read at longer distances, such as on the forklift in your warehouse. When barcodes are printed extra large, they can even be read up to distances of more than 20 meters!

| RS232-kit: | The RS232-kit includes the Datalogic PowerScan PD9531 2D Auto Range barcode scanner and a coiled industrial RS-232 connection cable. This set is used for serial communication or when you want to connect the scanner to a PLC or machine.
If the RS-232 port to which the scanner is connected does not supply power, then you also need a power supply (see 'Accessories' below). |
