ProGlove Care is more than an extension or renewal of the standard manufacturer's warranty. ProGlove Care is a clear and simple warranty package with a term of your choice of 3 or 5 years and provides comprehensive coverage and support for your ProGlove barcode scanner and charger. Optionally, a ProGlove Access Point or Gateway are also covered with ProGlove Care.

ProGlove Care offers not only a shorter repair time, but also the possibility to have a replacement sent to you within 1 working day after reporting a defective MARK barcode scanner. This guarantees maximum operational availability. With the ProGlove MARK barcode scanners, the battery is also included in the ProGlove Care service and warranty.

Please note: ProGlove Care service must be purchased within 90 days of purchasing the ProGlove barcode scanner, gateway or charger.
